The main purpose of the test tube
(1) Take liquid or solid reagents
(2) Heating a small amount of solid or liquid
(3) Preparation of a few gas reactors
(4) Collect a small amount of gas
(5) Solutes that dissolve a small amount of gas, liquid or solid.
(6) Used as a container during centrifugation

Second, the use of test tubes matters needing attention
(1) Do not exceed 1/2 of the capacity of the test tube when filling the solution, and do not exceed 1/3 of the capacity of the
test tube when heating.
(2) When dripping liquid into the test tube with a dropper, do not extend into the mouth of the test tube
(3) Use tweezers to take the block solid into the test tube, do not let the solid fall directly into the test tube, and avoid the
bottom of the test tube from breaking
(4) Use test tube clamps for heating, and the mouth of the test tube should not face people. When heating a test tube
containing solids, the mouth of the tube is slightly downward, and it is skewed about 45° when heating the liquid; the
test tube clamp should be clamped at 1/3 of the bottle mouth.
(5) The heating should be uniform to avoid bumping or the test tube bursting
(6) After heating, it should not be quenched to avoid breaking.
(7) Preheating should be done when heating to avoid the test tube from bursting due to sudden heat.
(8) When heating, there should be no water droplets on the outer wall of the test tube to avoid uneven heating and bursting.
(9) After heating, do not wash the test tube before it has cooled to room temperature.
(10) When using the test tube clamp to clamp the test tube, put the test tube clamp upward from the bottom of the test tube,
and clamp it in the upper part of the test tube. If the length of the test tube is divided into three equal parts, the test tube
clamp is clamped at the end of the test tube mouth. One of the parts is reasonable.
(11) Use external flame for heating
Note: The test tube can be directly heated.
