Glass Centrifugal Tube
When using glass tube, centrifugal force should not be too large. Rubber cushion is needed to prevent tube breakage. Glass tube is not usually used in high-speed centrifuge. If the cap of centrifugal pipe is not closed enough, the liquid can not be filled (for high-speed centrifuge and angular rotor) to prevent overflow and unbalance. The spillover results in contamination of the rotor and centrifugal chamber, which affects the normal operation of the inductor. When centrifuging at super speed, the liquid must be filled with centrifugal tube, because it needs to pump high vacuum in order to avoid centrifugal tube deformation.
