Usage
When selecting materials, put the tissue block in the disposable embedding box with the tissue number written on it,cover the dehydration box cover, and put it into the dehydration basket to enter the dehydrator or manual dehydration. Store the embedded bottom mold in the lower level of the oven. When embedding, place the unwrapped arrangement together with the dehydration basket in the same oven with the embedding bottom mold. Open the lid of the dehydration box, put the lid of the dehydration box aside,select the bottom mold for embedding according to the size of the block, heat it on an alcohol lamp with tweezers, pick up the blockand place it in the bottom mold. In order to arrange the block numbered disposable embedding box, pour a little paraffin, so as not to overflow, leave it for a short time. Take out the ice box from the freezer compartment of the refrigerator, put the embedded wax blocks in the ice box and freeze for about 5 minutes and 10 minutes. The time is shorter in winter and longer in summer. Take the wax blocks out of the bottom mold and collect the rest of the wax blocks. , Remove the excess wax from both ends of the embedding box, and then slice.The embedding bottom mold and the dehydration box cover are sorted and put into the oven for use. Put the dehydration box cover in the dehydration basket, and rinse the wax with hot water before the next use. This method is not only conducive to the preservation of wax blocks, but also saves paraffin. |
